Cancellation Policy

2026 Rental Terms I. VENUE. Customer agrees to temporarily lease, occupy, and make use of the Gathered’s space located at Gathered AKY, 323 15th Street, Ashland, Kentucky, 41101. II. USE OF VENUE. The venue shall be used by Customer for the limited purpose of a private party. III. PRIVATE. It is expressly understood by Customer that the space shall only be used as a private, invitation only event and that the venue will NOT be an event open to the general public. IV. LEASE PERIOD. Customer shall have access to use the Venue on the date and times set forth in the invoice issued to Customer. The above date and time shall hereafter be known as the “Lease Period.” V. RENT: Customer agrees to pay Gathered a fee the amount set forth in the Invoice. VI. OCCUPANCY LIMIT: The parties understand and agree that the occupancy limit of the venue is 55 persons. As such, Customer expressly agrees to limit occupancy to a maximum of 55 persons. Any violation of this section will immediately terminate this Agreement under default by the Customer. Further, to the extent that Gathered is fined by any government agency as a result of Customer’s violation of this section of the Agreement as exceeding the occupancy code, Customer shall indemnify Gathered and hold Gathered harmless for said fine and for any and all court costs, filing fees, attorney fees, or other fees and expenses incurred by Gathered to pay said fine and to seek recovery of the same from Customer. VII. OVERTIME: If, for any reason, Customer overstays the Lease Period, Customer agrees to pay to Gathered the sum of $70 for each hour Customer uses, occupies, or otherwise exercises control over the Venue beyond the Lease Period. If the Venue is leased to another Customer on the same day as the Customer’s Lease Period, Customer is not permitted to use or occupy the Venue before or after the time set forth in the Lease Period. VIII. AMENITIES: In addition to delivering the Venue, the Gathered agrees to provide the following for or in conjunction with the event : N/A IX. PAYMENT. A. Deposit. Customer shall be required to pay a deposit of one half of the amount to hold the reservation date and time, subject to the 30-day cancellation notice set forth below. The reservation date is not secure and may be sold or provided to another Customer until the required deposit is receiv
